You’ve heard of “Campaign Ops”, ”Platform Ops” and the other pillars of service that a good Marketing Ops function provides. We help marketing and sales be more effective, efficient and measurable, but all too often we neglect our own processes. The pillars aren’t sustainable and certainly not scalable if MOps isn’t putting their own oxygen mask on first. It’s time to highlight “Ops Ops” as a critical practice and stop “getting to it when we have time”. Let’s face it, we never have the time!
